Shipping Policy

We provide nationwide delivery services spanning all major cities and rural sectors of Pakistan. We partner with the most trusted regional courier operations to secure your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

• • Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days of order validation.
• • Express Shipping: Prioritized logistics arriving within 1 to 2 business days in urban hubs like Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad.

In compliance with our primary brand promise, we offer FREE Standard Delivery nationwide across Pakistan with no minimum order values required. For prioritized Express Deliveries, a nominal additional charge of Rs. 350 PKR will be added at checkout.

Orders are verified, packed, and processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed during national holidays, gazetted breaks, or late Sundays will be handled on the next operational business day. You will receive an immediate SMS/Email verification with final checkout receipts upon confirmation.

Once your botanical package leaves our fulfillment center, an automated tracking receipt containing a unique courier consignment code will be forwarded to your email and phone. You can live-track your package by inputting the tracking code directly into our courier partner's digital gateway.

Because our formulations consist of premium biological compounds in pressurized glass containers, shipping must strictly proceed through vetted land routes. We cannot dispatch deliveries to general P.O. boxes or military post boxes where continuous thermal tracking is unavailable.

While rare, shipping delays may occur during extreme weather conditions, blockades, or system errors within third-party courier nodes. If your shipment has not reached you within 7 working days, please contact our support team immediately. We will initiate a formal trace and, if deemed lost, dispatch a priority replacement of your botanical formulas free of cost.

Currently, our operations are exclusively focused on localized fulfillment within Pakistan to secure optimal freshness and strict compliance with botanical product handling. We do not support direct international checkouts at this stage but are actively planning global distribution routes soon.
